A silo taking around 2 full minutes from build completion to being able to use it. Probably the same thing for modules. Same thing for turrets - put a turret up, was finished for at least one full minute, tried to jump in, but guess what... I wasn't able to. There's the vehicle HP bug again. Vehicles don't blow up from AV mines. The spawn penalty is kinda ridiculous. Almost 20 seconds to spawn at an adjacent node from where you died/redeployed from? Not being able to spawn at your Sunderer when you're ~3 nodes away? Seems this broke more than it was designed to "fix."
