So, for the kinetic armour, what are the mechanics?

    I'm sure someone out there has tested the max's natural resistance to smallarms fire, I'd like to know. I'm assuming that since almost all the armours in the game give about 20% resistance/bonus, that the natural smallarms reduction on maxes is about 80%, and that the percentage added kinetic armour is a scalar addition to this, leading to about 85% reduction overall at max level, so a ~25% net decrease in smallarms damage, which is pretty significant.

    But does anyone have info on the actual base smallarms resistance? Ideally if you've also done testing on the first level of this cert that'd be super too.

    Edit: or better yet if you could link me to a spreadsheet on this of extracted data from the game files, which seem to be popping up more and more these days.

    none . its a gigantic health buffer , you can see it by using a shotgun at a max

    Aye, no natural damage mitigation here. Just a giant piece of health that medics cannot heal. -.-
