Infiltrators should get a boot slot; to be certed either with stuff that makes you move more silently, or with increased movement speeds whilst crouched. How 'bout it?
Dunno, I already have trouble hearing regular footsteps unless someone is sprinting around or it is a MAX.
How about shoes that don't have Vaseline soles that make me slide off every ledge ever...and then down a hill...and sometimes across flat ground. I slid from the top of the Impact Crater all the way down until a wall stopped me at the bottom. Oh and yeah, I don't care what they do, as long as they're called Sneaky Shoes...teeheehee...
