Small PA nerf

    High risk if you miss, high reward if you hit.
    i like that idea, knowing if that a PA user misses OHKing on the first shot, we have a little bit of time to pull of some head/body shots in a attempt to survive and the PA user gets some extra time to line up his next shot to hopefully kill his target, before his target gets him instead.

    Hey I will take what I can get, any way to make them less appealing to people is good in my book.

    Shotguns in this game don't make a wall of bullets as wide as a corridor when you shoot, you can miss if the enemy is moving.

    Only for the VS. At 150 meters your slug has like 10 meters worth of bullet drop.

    Yeah it is harder at that range for Non Vanu but not impossible. Mind you I snipe with a suppressor at 300 meters so i'm use to lager than normal bullet drop.

    I do the same but it's far more difficult with a PA shotgun. I roll a Claw with 3.4 Tacti-eye and slugs and have tremendous bullet drop when firing long distances. Plus after 65 meters, the slugs only do like 300-400 damage and would have very very minimal kill potential.

    Even the bullet drop with the SAS-R with 3.4 silenced is super high.

    Better not remove the part about shogtuns that everybody hates, and just make them ****tier to use so the people using them feel even more entitled to dealing out the ********.

    Whatever, dude. The whole reason you got a shotgun is because you can't aim. Missing at OHK range means you suck.

    Except it already works this way- refire time is lower than most TTK's.

    for my bruiser, the refire time is already BIG problem. there we go...

    offtopic question - how much dmg do one slug of bruiser ?

    Biggest problem with Planetside 2- the players.

    Yeah, I use the Deimos and its already got a slow refire time compared to the Phobos (which most people consider to be the better Vanu PA Shottie).

    Hopefully it is enough of a nerf to prevent people from just spraying the damn thing as they turn a corner. The more the PA user has to rely on his/he own skill, the sooner people will stop using them all over the place.

    You can already see it on the test server, it's not that much but it's enough to react if the shotgunner misses.

    Wow, I wanted to see how accurate you are compared to me, seeing as 'I can't aim' but you don't even post with your main character. Why is that?

    Seems like i'm the only one doing this, when i miss with deimos/blackjack/bruiser...i...duck behind cover! then pop out again and try again!
    option 2) bunny.
    option 3) wait behind the door as the player charge in with his new smg infil and knife him to death.
