You can get some of the holiday ones by killing pumpkins I think, got a few horns. Could be a bug but amusing.
Rather than completely unlocking I think it'd be good if they reevaluate their prices. If they lower costs people might give them some cash, The last bundle for example had 1 armour set and 2 weapon reskins (which were simply drag and drop models from PSA) And they were charging £20 for it. It's no wonder that not many people went for that! Lower costs mean that people are more likely to be tempted to spend money on an old game with a questionable future. It's time for DBG to get realistic about their prices.
alot of cosmetics i bought in the past for 5 euro per cosmetic or horn, are now given away for free by simply shooting a pumpkin. i got an Harraser Deathmarch Horn, so far, one of the few horns i didnt buy. for that vehicle
