[Suggestion] Setting Global Decal - Quality of Life Suggestion

    Much like how cammos work, it would be nice to be able to switch Decals that apply to all Infantry, and than one that applies to all Vehicles.

    I always hate having to painstakingly update the BR Decals on all my classes and loadouts of those classes
