Taking long time to log in as usual. Soon we will get the message "servers are down for maintenance due to outstanding technical issues."

Servers are "UP" but we can't get in. I'm stuck on a blank/black load screen after using the launcher.
I get the stylized blue arrow from PS2, briefly, then it returns to the normal Windows mouse pointer... and remains on the black screen forever.

Just let it sit and load. I've got outfit members who are in and that's all they did.
