    This is incredibly frustrating after Connery was down for approx. 20 hrs yesterday. Right before 2xp no less. Seriously making me reconsider my sub, and this is coming from someone who has spent probably $1000+ in support of this game since release.

    LOL you guys need to shut it, Leave them alone about the fixes and bugs and less you have something possitive to SAY!!!!.

    Indeed, its a huge game, and if all the little Nerds jonesing to log on would have some patients things would go alot smoother

    I could understand spending a couple thousand on a top end PC build. I have spent $30 on this game because I wanted to support it, no need for $1000.
    The second life is for people who obviously don't enjoy their (first?) life.

    I agree that $1000 is a bit unnecessary. I've spent a good chunk of change to support this game as well. But I doubt I will reach anywhere NEAR $1000

    Also, Connery is listed as up, but it's still down. Weird

    Server Status says Connery's up but I still can't log in! Still says that it's unavailable at character load.

    Guys, the developers are vigorously working at trying not just to get them up and working now, but to get them up and working for the future. I have some development background with smaller projects, and a lot of the time is spent debugging, it is especially difficult to debug when you are unable to test in real time. I would imagine that a project like this is X tons more difficult to debug, especially when they've got whining fans that expect them to perfect the game, add new features, get rid of all bugs, balance the teams, and all without being allowed to perform server reboots.
    As for the current reboot, I am not surprised that it is taking longer than estimated, as there are usually problems that could not have been accounted for, but should be fixed in a relatively decent amount of time.
    So please, just bide your time and let the developers do their jobs without you whining at them, so they can continue to make this amazing game.

    Forum says Connery is UP, login screen says Connery server is unavailable.

    I just looked at the EU forum site, and the update info there says 12 hrs estimated. So, i am wondering why, when i was playing earlier Higsby sent us broadcasts saying they were sorry for yesterday, and this would be a short downtime. They even extended the actual shutdown time up some ten to twenty minutes so we could finish the alert. I mean people even commented that they were listening to us because once the shutdown was broadcast, people complained we were not going to finish the alert. Then suddenly a new broadcast from Higsby again appeared, saying they were extending it the few minutes. TO SOE... look i know your job may be complicated or stressful due to time crunches. Although that is no excuse to knowingly lie to us. Clearly, it was brought to light yesterday that you guys are having complications. Fine whatever, although saying 15 minutes, a time you have never achieved to fix these problems is not what you say to us because we wait fifteen, and then get disappointed in you. Just say "Log back in after twelve hours to ensure satisfaction of our new update to circumvent any growing disappointment." Oh and always keep in mind, that without the gamers playing your game... Your nothing, and none of you would have jobs. So do the job that you chose to do with transparency to your customers and just tell us whats really going on. Probably see loads of help and understanding instead of sheer and utter distaste if you just be straight forward.
