The patch won't do anything noticeable with infiltrators, even though i can barely shoot at them at day with graphics on a mix of high/ultra and on top of a tower, unless it's point blank... they already have all they want, running around at enemy spawns without being noticed and killing enemies who are shooting their rushing team

when will people learn that on big patch days like today you should just forget about playing planetside. do something else, talk to loved ones or go outside (i know it can be scary but you gotta do it sometime!)

I play 99% of my time on amerish, i love the bases and love the non lattice. I'm so disapointed, i'll probaly quit.

Your users are not angry because the updates are taking few hours, they are angry because the updates deadlines are never met. They would rather see "up to 6 hours" even if it ends up being 2 hours than a "up to 3 hours" and it ends up being longer.

Put the deadline as worst case scenario. It would greatly reduce frustration.

I don't really have a problem seeing infiltrator outlines at all, on mostly Medium with a few things on Low.

In fact, other Infiltrators are my preferred target -- easiest to kill. HAs are my least-preferred target.

Folks we are still resolving a last minute issue. We anticipate the servers back up tentatively in the next hour.

But, But, *cries himeself to sleep because the game isn't up and because this sentence wayyyy too long. I mean seriously, who would do such a thing*

It's not like it's their first update with that scale and they would have to guess how long it will take.
So why not looking back see how long it took and give realistic deadlines?
We rather see ETA 7hrs and be happy if you finished after 7hrs and be even more happy when finishing earlier but this way you're just making players angry for a reason?

That was, honestly, a bugfix, and it's not enough.

These are in fact realistic deadlines. We use the word estimated because that's what we can provide. The alternative, and I've seen a few companies do this, is just tell you the server is down and it'll be back up when it's up.

High risk LOL. So tired of people complaining about the slightly less HP. Heavies tend to carry LMGs with slower rates of fire than an infiltrator which has a cloak btw, and a cloak MORE THAN makes up for any less HP. That really is the easiest class to play despite what others say. Simple and plain, if you aren't good with the infiltrator then you aren't good with any class but it's not because the infiltrator is harder to use, because it really isn't. Try playing with a class that has ZERO advantages if you want a harder time, like an engineer, which I love to play just because of the challenge. Infiltrator is a class that is built around flanking and getting easy kills. Those dedicated infiltrators usually have really high K/Ds, yet so many say it needed buffs and complain about how hard it is to play....

It feels like I'm sitting on a hot furnace for I can't control the urge to kill. It's burning with extreme intensity, and my bloodthirst can only be quenched by dead Vanu and NC. BRING IT ON ALREADY T___T

Nah seriously, if you'd just change the ETA, I could tend to other games and focus on them whilst maintenance instead of checking the website every few minutes (which definitely speaks for the game, doesn't it? ) and interrupting otherwise continuous gameplay.

That'd be great.

P.S.: Why in the world do grenades take forever to be thrown?! I don't get it...

BTW 3AM CET is 6PM PT, which makes it a perfect choice for patching. actually any time after 12AM PT is good.
