Second Stage Forward Grip for the SAW

Just today I finally put the second stage forward grip on my SAW and I have to say I'm a bit underwhelmed from the results. I was expecting a more noticeable drop in recoil, but truth be told I see no difference at all between it and the primary stage. Am I simply not perceptive enough to notice a change or have others had this impression as well?

    I'm pretty sure it works.

You'll notice more if you shoot things at long range. Advanced Forward Grips help you reduce the horizontal recoil that makes long range shots often miss. The lower your horizontal recoil, the further away you can accurately burst fire. It tightens your bullet spread, not to be confused with COF.

That may be why I've not noticed anything. I never really use the SAW anywhere but close to medium-close range. I may simply have not put it to the test where the second stage really shines.
