You know, we have these threads each time they nerf a weapon. Try doing a search and see how many you find that have actually gotten a refund.
Eh I had to log back in to check the damage, but yes they will now oneshot infantry again. 425 direct damage + 850 explosive damage = a helluva lot more than 1000 health. However with flak armor rank 5 you will no longer be oneshotted. Also I am unsure on how the COF changes work, it will no longer jump into the ludicrous COF but it also dissapates "slower"; however since I'm not sure exactly how recovery rate works they have either given it 1.5 seconds to full stabilize or it's the exact same, we'll see in a few hours. He has a point imagine you bought a sniper rifle worked weeks on it and the next day its a sub machine gun. I mean there is change and then there is WTF just happened?
I made already several threads on 4-5 other weapons i purchased and which got completely destroyed by SOE without any prior notice. I also spent about 25 euros on now completely useless weapons. The only thing happening from SOE side was sending SOE forum drones (fake registered SOE empoloyees) which stated the terms and conditions, which allow SOE to change any item ingame without the need to refund, against my legitimate request for item refund or attacked me for being a rude idiot to ask for refund without any proper argumentation. In business its called fraud to massively change basic product features and not offering a refund. BUT the likelyhood that this thread will be closed as unconstructive as soon as the community manager discovers it is pretty high- and wont see a cent of refund on the weapon or any item you purchased ever. ONE HINT - JUST DONT BUY ANY WEAPON WITH REAL CASH. I stopped buying weapons after GU2 as VS player . Only buy cosmetics - this ensures that SOE bring out some bad *** looking armor and optical upgrades AND Discourages SOE to launch completely OP weapons which get nerf destroyed 2 weeks later after they milked the easy mode seeking skillfree tords. On the other side the Saron was already announced to be re-adapted as the imbalance was too obvious and already too many players stated the imbalance especally between the NC´s Saron the Enforcer which got a dmg capacity of 7500dmg per magazin vs the Saron with only 2250dmg per magazin before reload.
AND AGAIN - THE ONLY PROPER REACTION - DONT BUY AGAIN WITH REAL CASH OR ONLY COSMETICS. THIS WILL DISCOURAGE SOE TO LAUNCH UNBALANCED OVERPOWREED WEAPONS WHICH GET NERFED AFTER 2 WEEKS AFTER THE OPEN PURSE EDIOTS GOT MILKED WILL LEAD TO PROPER WEAPON DESIGN AND BETTER BALANCE OF THE GAME WILL LEAD TO BETTER OPTICAL ENHANCEMENT ITEMS IN THE CASH SHOP.

**** no, I PAID, you know, PAID with my money that I earned for something that is now worthless. And not by some fluke, but by design. I want my refund, and refund of certs (time) I spend puting into that weapon to be proficent with it. Changes I can deal with, being **** with not. because how ever you look at this this was not a "change" this was a big **** YOU VS.
