Rotaries get balanced, but hitbox sizes are fine?

If VS infantry got faster sprint speed, strafe movement, and stronger abilities, sure I would.

The Reaver's hitbox is a minimal draback to go with its 7kph less Max, non-afterburner top speed. For which it gains the most powerful AB, and the most powerful V-thrust, and has access to the independently balanced, strongest alpha damage rotary with smallest ttk.

    Pretty much yeah.

We don't need a single faction ESF dominating in every category. Welcome to asymmetrical balancing... love it or hate it's in the game.

Again, you mentioned none of the advantages of the other aircraft. They are weaker in every respect then and this weapon balancing pass sets things right?

The hitbox is a minimum drawback in rapid three dimensional dogfighting? So an infantry hitbox increase would be absolutely meaningless. I'm sure no one would complain

Give me more speed than, yes.

How do you know that the hitbox wasn't including in their formula?

Also.....you can't compare infantry to vehicles.....especially aircraft. Why? because for the most part. it's easier for them to shoot back at you. Infantry will spin around, Tanks will swivel around..........

Aircraft takes time to turn to face your opponent. However, you sort of put yourself in that position to get someone on your tail. If someone gets on your tail, it's always your fault. From there, things get complicated but I'm not going to get into it any further.....from here on, think what you wish.

I don't know for sure but, the detail that was given was considerable and only comparisons between the new weapons was made, indicating that is how they should be viewed.

I wasn't comparing the two. It was a simple challenge. If hitboxes mean little, then you shouldn't mind having a larger one in infantry.

If its about skill and positioning, then isn't that same thing as saying 'learn to play?' I agree that I won't discuss this in those terms.

The Standard Nose Gun Problem will be fixed, i am not worried about that. Even SOE does understand that Weapons that are labeled as A2A have to be better as Allround Weapons.
Im more concered about the ESF Hitbox / Rotary Balance.

scythe already has a huuuge hitbox

Except that not only is the Mossie more maneuverable with a smaller hitbox, but it ALSO has the best new nosegun (a much higher damage/clip, which is the most impt. factor in dogfighting given that DPS differences are negligible).

    Reaver is getting the shaft.

Dmg per clip vs. Big targets....yes it matters more. But vs. an avoiding ESF? not so much....DPS matters more.
Mossie "more maneuverable" no it isn't, it does have a small hitbox tho, that seems to be the only thing accurate here.
