[BUG] Rockets ricochet to the sky?

I haven't play for a while, but my striker lock on rocket ricochet straight to the sky before impact? I didn't see flare. Another time, after flare was used, I lock on and shot, same thing happened.

Striker rockets does that every time it lose lock. New fireworks style to fit with the flare gun .

Lock-on missiles are currently bugged and not behaving like they should. The dead-lock portion of the IGS and velocity are (or were last time I played) messed up. It seems like it's the unfinished code of the lock-on and ramp-up-speed changes that somehow made it to live.

So nothing's changed.
