What are the numbers based on? Sometimes I get about 70-125 or something while other times i get nearly a whole cert for reviving random people and more than one whole cert for a squadmate?
Check what bonus you're getting, it can be very significant if you're outnumbered. I rarely get the base 75 XP.
Population Bonus, Squad/Platoon Bonus. If you defend/capture a target facility I believe you get a 15% bonus as long as you're at that base
Ah I see, probably pop bonus and squad bonus then...oh and btw if someone in the squad has one blue arrow next to their name what kind of boost is that?
Blue arrow means the player is a member and providing a squad XP increase (5%?). Yellow arrow means the player is using a squad boost.
