Hello, Need opinions on unlocking last level of resist shields. Heard these things were bugged and not performing as they were meant to. I don't really notice anything out of the ordinary when I play HA with these shields.
Did you notice a change in shield duration between level 1 and level 4? if not don't bother upgrading it to 5. When people said it was bugged they were referring to the shield duration remaining the same. Level 1 has a shield duration of 6.5s. Each level after this is suppose to be an addition 1s.
The Resist Shield is still bugged as of today. It's still decent, just don't bother ranking it up past level 1 till they fix it.
