These types of grenades are too hard to hit with, the thing bounces around like a rubber ball making it impossible to res any group of friendlies without it going past them and being wasted! It costs a lot of resources and it's only possible to have 1 at a time. I suggest that they detonate on impact, making them a lot easier to hit with!
Another of these threads.... Rez grenades are fine; learn how to aim and you will realize that they are far better than if they were detonate on impact or sticky. Once you understand how to aim them you will be able to rez a group of people a foot in front of you if you like while retaining the ability to rez people around walls, through windows and other examples that would be impossible without the bouncy nature.
They should bounce more like a Call of Duty or BF3 grenade. Also make the trajectory make sense as right now if you try to through through a window you are right in front of it just bounces off the frame.
Grenade physics are quite bad in this game, honestly the L2P argument isn't very constructive, when you can improve on it by simply making it easier and more user friendly. It's not about skill more than just trying to cope with the wonky grenade physics. Having them detonate on impact or stick to surfaces would streamline the use and actually make them a precise and fight changing solution to normal grenades.
These threads that seek to "improve" the grenades by having them sticky/detonate on impact would do nothing except reduce their effectiveness for those that know how to use them. The grenade physics may be different than in other games but they are consistent; and once you understand how it works you will be able to use them effectively. Maybe make a second rez nade, it has sticky but a smaller rez radius or something.
To be fair the idea that whenever you throw a grenade you have to throw it as hard as possible every single time is pretty ******* dumb. Most games worked out a long time ago that it was easy enough to give the player control of how hard they throw a grenade. If I want to just drop a grenade at me feet I don't see any reason why I shouldn't be allowed to, likewise a gentle under arm lob or roll one down a flight of stairs. Not res grenade specific but would certainly help.
It's annoying and unintuitive at first, but you can bounce it off the ground to get the same effect with the added bonus of shortening the fuse.

Ah about what I expected, I still don't feel ready to commit 400 Certs and lose my Grenade slot for something I've barely ever seen a use for - especially if they then Revive at 50% ready to immediately die again.
Hubby says you gotta toss the rez grenades almost straight down to have it go a certain distance in front of you, like skipping a stone. Also "its the best way to get EXP in bio lab or tech plant fights, watching 10+ rez exp popups is great"
