A device that repair just like the Medic's Shield Recharging Field device. Good for choke point, Engi can focus on fighting and manning turrets instead of constantly follow sometimes stupid Maxes around. Albeit weaker than the repair gun. Also putting down turrets and shields most times put you in direct line of fire, why not give us the ability to rotate the placement so we can put it down behind cover?
