Has anyone done any testing to see if the XP mechanics for repairing (and healing) have been fixed? It used to be the case that you were rewarded XP purely based on how long you were repairing for, inadvertently discouraging people from upgrading their repair tools (and med-guns) and punishing more efficient players by giving them less experience for the same amount of repairs. Is this still the case? If so I'll probably spend my certs elsewhere, as I gain certs slow enough as-is, and the default repair isn't all that bad.
