Is it just me - or is there not much of a difference in "repair speed" from Rank 2 to Rank 4? I'm at Rank 4 and it barely feels any "faster" than it had at Rank 2. Because of this and that Repair Tool Rank 5 is 500 certs, I'm not sure if it's worth certing into, just so it could be "faster" by a minuscule amount.
It's probably a 10% difference between each level. Dunno, at rank 5 I can repair my vanguard to about 3/4 rather quickly compared to others who repair and without stopping.
