Reducing spawn into unconnected bases

    This was a great change Daybreak made! The VS were able to win an alert today after cutting off several of TR's bases from their warp gate. This new mechanic adds new strategy to base capture and cuts down on redeployside. Well done DB!

    Cut off bases should have faster point & base capture timers, aswell as faster SCU & Generator timers.
