Question: Windows Colorblind/Grayscale Filters

So to my understanding, Reshade and the like are bannable due to being considered an injection program.
    My question then:

Windows 10 has built-in color filters (three kinds of colorblindness, a grayscale, and two inverted options). To my knowledge these filters work more as an overlay than an injection (example: Discord streaming with a grayscale filter on does not pick up the grayscale UNLESS you capture your entire screen. Game-only doesn't see it).

Knowing the above, would the Win 10 filters be allowed in Planetside 2?

Why: I've got a friend who is pretty heavily red-green colorblind, and while he enjoys playing with us he has been struggling with identifying of foes due to color issues. As PS2 (somehow, in 2020) doesn't have any colorblind options for armor settings and the like, the best option I have been able to find is the windows options.
