I readed long time ago about this nerf and a lot of posts have been written since then. I just wonder if this change will be applied or not because i can't cert in my HA shields. I have fear to loose all the certs for something that maybe it will be useless. Some one know if the nerf will be realised or not. Thanks for the help.
There's a twitter from Higby saying the only reason it hasn't happened yet was because the programmer working on it and to fix some bugs first, so seems as though it's still coming soon.
The shield would still perform its same basic functionality. The difference would be in the start delay.
Well, personally i would preffer a nerf in the amount of dmg absorbed by the shield than a delay. Now i really don't know wich one use.
They would most likely refund your certs like other previous changes like Vehicle Stealth (cause you couldn't spend SC on it, ).
