    EU servers have major connectivity issues. Unconfirmed by support staff.
    You can play on US servers without these DCs - ofc the lag will be more noticably.

    New animations look really good.

    No longer do people look like they're sliding across the ground, wagging their legs. They actually look like they have weight to them now.

    After the small update, a reboot and tweaking, things seem to be ok at the moment.

    For me this was the worst update ever, my computer is.... weak :p but i was able too play in small batles, now on open terrain no other players only me i have ?sinusoide?, lets say that you split second on two, 1 half working fine second bad and that happening all time. i need to login 2 or 3 times beacouse i'am starting not in Warpgate but some tech plant or enother big base but i see warpgate and after 2 min i see GAME ERROR. Sorry for my english, in few words "game is unplayable now for me"

    after the update i have a lower fps in wargate (30fps before and now 25fps),also the game crash many time after the update,but it will never happen before (sorry for my bad english :p)

    Is any body else having problem the problem that the game opens and when you're ready to enter with your character the game stop working and just close itself?

    i think this made it worse for my computer,I always crash for no reason and hitches always comes in firefights

    I found an mistake:
    • Zurvan Amp Station has had its secondary spawn room removed and now resembles the other amp stations
    Wrong direction SOE. You just made this base less defensible, and bases are poorly defensible as it is. You should have added the same secondary spawn room to all the other amp stations.

    PS - I'm hoping this fixes the logging in and being Battle Rank 0 / unable to interact with anything or anyone. Pretty please.

    I don't know if SLI users are not seeing a noticeable performance improvement with OMFG 1 but it a possibility as I really am not seeing a performance increase. That said, nearly all of the time I am CPU bound, which is strange considering I am at a true 4.4 Ghz with a quad-core i7 3920 "unparked" via ThrottleStop. I have done my share of benching and I can tell you that my CPU is not anemic or incapable by any means. Benches and system in signature.

    The problem with Drop Pod Squad Deploy is that a trend that has been building and seemed to have escalated to an absurd degree the day before OMFG 1 was the simple procedure of locating an enemy Sunderer, drop-podding directly on top of it, and then hopping out and placing a tank-mine or two underneath it for both an insta-kill of the Sundy and immediate and very effective removal of the enemy's ability to contest territory.

    And I'm talking an absurd amount of this was going on the day before OMFG 1, like nearly every Sundy that I deployed out of I PERSONALLY witnessed this, for roughly 3-4 hours without end. Its stupid and game-breaking. It is abusing a tool/weapon that wasn't meant to be placed under parked Sundy's just as Liberator Daltons aren't meant for swatting ESF's out of the sky. It was a much need short-term solution to, from my perspective, what was an exponential trend that had spiraled out of control.

    I say sure bring back the Drop Pod Squad Deploy but only after Tank-Mines get a redesign, something as simple as making them incapable of detonating under immobile/parked vehicles. And or making the vehicle that they are placed under immune to their damage when the operator decides its time to move said Sundy to a more strategically prudent location.

    The Drop Pod Tank-Mine trick is about as cheesy as Infiltrators running into fully populated rooms and dropping bouncing betty's down, UBGL's (under barrel grenade launchers) in general, but especially in Bio-Lab fights and Liberators misusing anti-armor weapons in physics defying aerobatic maneuvers. This crap is stupid and game-breaking and needs to be addressed with great haste.

    LOL, don't worry dude, I only figured out that Medics can self-heal a few weeks ago and I am coming up on 6 months of playing 4-6 hours a day.

    Hey SOE, I keep crashing when i ADS (most of the time) and I tend to get Frame spikes and or usually my game just freezes for a couple minutes, and continues on after its done freezing like it was nothing (Usually showing me dead). Plus I dont know if this was due to the update BUT i shot a couple people point blank with a Pump action shotgun and got no hitmarkers. Usually dying faster than whoever I clearly just shot.

    Also, I'm getting mostly 60fps with Ultra ini tweaks on my 7870.

    Hm thks... Without SLI I was actually both CPU bound & GPU bound about equal amount of time... still the same with SLI so I was thinking my SLI wasn't doing much...

    Can we get this as an option we can toggle on?.. so those of us running Multi-Monitors (who may not run at 1080, but have a wide 'horizontal' view) can make use of that?
    Also.. us 3-screen users are still stuck in a 'perma-zoomed' state when in vehicles.... if anyone still cares about those of us running PS2 on multi-monitors.
