    LMG Changes
    Made some more tweaks to LMG’s based on player feedback, here are the changes on PTS compared to live; we are looking to get these changes to live at this point.

    Orion
    • ADS moving CoF remains 0.4 (same as Live)
    • ADS movement modifier to 0.5, from 0.75
    • ADS CoF recoil to 0.04, from 0.05
    • Horizontal recoil to 0.22/0.22, from 0.2/0.225
    • Horizontal tolerance to 0.8, from 0.9
    • Standing hipfire to 2.5, from 2.75
    • Moving hipfire to 3.25, from 3.5
    • Projectile velocity to 540, from 570
    • Short and long reloads to 3.0/3.44, from 3.28/3.655
    Betelgeuse
    • ADS moving CoF remains 0.4 (same as Live)
    • ADS movement modifier to 0.5, from 0.75
    • ADS CoF recoil to 0.04, from 0.05
    • Horizontal recoil to 0.22/0.22, from 0.2/0.225
    • Horizontal tolerance to 0.8, from 0.9
    • Standing hipfire to 2.5, from 2.75
    • Moving hipfire to 3.25, from 3.5
    • Projectile velocity to 540, from 570
    • Decreased heat bleedoff speed by 20%
    SVA-88 & SVA-88 GG
    • ADS movement modifier to 0.5, from 0.75
    • Horizontal recoil to 0.2/0.2, from 0.2/0.225
    • Horizontal tolerance to 0.8, from 0.9
    • Vertical recoil to 0.4, from 0.44
    Pulsar LSW
    • Can now equip Extended Magazines
    • First Shot Multiplier to 1.6, from 2.45
    • ADS CoF recoil to 0.04, from 0.05
    VX29 Polaris
    • Maximum damage range to 20m, from 10m
    • Recoil angle to 17/17, from 17/20
    • Can now equip a Flash Suppressor
    Ursa
    • Moving ADS CoF to 0.35, from 0.4
    Flare
    • Horizontal tolerance to 0.6, from 0.75
    • Vertical recoil to 0.4, from 0.44
    Anchor
    • First Shot Recoil Multiplier to 2.2, from 2
    • Horizontal recoil to 0.18, from 0.175
    • Standing hipfire to 2.75, from 3
    • Moving hipfire to 3.5, from 3.75
    • Projectile velocity to 570, from 600
    EM1
    • Maximum damage range to 20m, from 10m
    • Horizontal recoil to 0.18/0.18, from 0.2/0.2
    NC6 Gauss Saw
    • Moving Aim Down Sights CoF to 0.4, from 0.5
    MSW-R
    • Standing hipfire to 2.75, from 3
    • Moving hipfire to 3.5, from 3.75
    • Projectile velocity to 550, from 580
    T16 Rhino
    • Maximum damage range to 20m, from 10m
    • First Shot Recoil Multiplier to 1.5, from 2
    TMG-50
    • Moving ADS CoF to 0.35, from 0.4
    T32 Bull
    • Reserve ammunition to 240, from 180
    • Horizontal recoil to 0.18, from 0.2
    T9 CARV-S
    • Horizontal tolerance to 0.7, from 0.8
    T9A Butcher
    • Added Spinup - Rate of Fire from 750 to 780 over 0.3 seconds.
    • Crouching hipfire to 3, from 3.5
    • Crouching moving hipfire to 3.5, from 4
    • Standing hipfire to 3.5, from 4
    • Moving hipfire to 4, from 4.5
    Victory Points

    Continents will no longer be captured by alerts and territory control alone. Victory points are a new method of scoring in the game, the more points your faction earns the closer to continental victory you will be; if your faction earns a predetermined number of points then continent is yours.
    There are a numbers of ways to earn VP:

    Permanent Victory Points
    • Link your warpgate to enemy warpgate #1 = +1 VP
    • Link your warpgate to enemy warpgate #2 = +1 VP
    • Link your warpgate to enemy warpgate #1 + #2 simultaneously = Continental Victory/Lock
    • Capture all Techplants = +1 VP
    • Capture all Amp Stations= +1 VP
    • Capture all Biolabs = +1 VP
    • Capture all major facilities (Amp, Bio, Tech) simultaneously = Continental Victory/Lock
    • Win Alerts = +1 VP
    Flux Victory Points

    Capturing more than 50% of a continents territory can earn you flux Victory Points. Flux Victory Points count towards continental victory but can be won/lost with the territory you control/lose.
    Percentage of Territory controlled
    • 55% = +1 VP
    • 60% = +1 VP
    • 65% = +1 VP
    • 70% = +1 VP
    • 75% = +1 VP
    • 80% = +1 VP
    • 85% = +1 VP
    • 90% = +8 VP (Continental Victory)
    Misc
    • Skill line trees are back
    • All facilities and outpost should now be using the new capture ui that went live on large outposts a few weeks ago
    Known Issues
    • Loadouts (both vehicle and infantry) are not persisting through logout/in
    • Locking a continent grants 200 certs (this is just test data)

    If 0.04 cone of fire bloom is officially a thing, TORQ and Lynx should get it too. Currently, they bloom more per point of damage done than other weapons in their classes, and it makes them weaker than compeition for no upside.

    Does capturing Eisa Techplant in Esamir = All tech plants in esamir? if so that will be an easy earn VP

    YES I LIKE, BUT it has no sense with actual capture system!
    Remove the lattice capture system (not the link, but the lattice capture system), there is no freedom.
    OR, make also hex capture system with capture timer increased:
    -You can capture an outpost with a lattice link
    -OR you can capture an outpost wihout a lattice link but with capture timer increased (4minutes becomes 8 minutes).

    Without that, victory point has no sense, no able to capture a techplant passing on all stupid little outpost in a lattice lane.

    It also should be better try with LATTICE only on facilities and big outposts.
    Implement it on CONQUEST MODE, it should be amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    LMG changes look pretty good, but the issue I see is that both the TR and NC will have 2 LMG's with an ADS moving CoF of 0.35 while VS will only have 1.

    My recommendation is to give it to the SVA-88 since it's seeing the least amount of buffs for loosing it's 0.75 ADS, and also give it access to SPA to make it on par with the Anchor and MSW-R.

    Please do not kill factions diversity even more.
    Factions weapon have to be balanced IN GENERAL, but this does not mean each faction must have the same weapons in the arsenal ;)

    I like the changes, especially the Victory Points. You mentioned that ANTs will affect Victory points as well at one point, do you know how?

    Actually, by not giving 0.35 moving ADS COF to the Orion there is still quite a bit of faction diversity.

    NC would have the Anchor and GD-22s which have 167/600 & 167/577
    TR would have the MSW-R and Bull which have 143/750 & 143/652
    VS would have then have the SVA-88 & Ursa which have 143/698 & 167/550

    That would turn the SVA into the VS's Anchor/MSW-R since the Orion would be less of one with these changes.

    Victory Points: Yet another convoluted, "gamey" system that people won't understand or enjoy. Sounds like a perfect fit with the development history of the game. Good job!

    Seriously folks, put this one back in it the box and shelve it. Waste of time.

    Victory Points are actually really well designed & will create metas/endgames.

    Outside of alerts, people do not care. With Victory Points they will.


    Check them out on the PTS & Apply that to ingame.

    Disappointed with the Flare and Ursa adjustments as it didn't touch the Horizontal recoil which is one of the weapons issues.

    Have to try the Orion and Betelgeuse but I think the 20% increase in time to cool might be too much.

    The SVA-88/GG would have dropped it to .42 instead of .4 but also would have increased the projectile speed to 650 m/s

    Polaris it is a start but it could use a projectile speed increased to 630 or 640 , extended magazine cause the flash suppressor is pretty much worthless.

    Anchor I would also have touched the Horizontal Tolerance bringing it up from .4 to .6 .

    EM1 Horizontal recoil is fine as is touching this would make it better then the T16 and the Polaris post buff; currently its just behind the T16.

    i was wondering that too :p
    and what happens if 2 factions keep capping it and then losing it, do they each amass permanant victory points until one of them locks the continent? simply by fighting over one base?
    either way i expect eisa techplant to be an amazing 3-way slugfest :D
