Rather than post a new thread to share this information, for some reason on October 14th, 2015 they updated a old sticky post from 2013 to tell you this... Proof is in the pudding too - just take a look at the support forum history and you will see there haven't been many replies since SOE went away and none of importance since Oct 2015.
That's why they changed the name of this section to player support. It means other players can help you here but i guess it can be misunderstood as support for players instead of support by players.
That and the fact that this used to be a company supported forum are why I decided to make this PSA. Looking at the threads here, it's clear that many people are posting thinking they will still get support from the company. Not getting a reply from the company could be just enough frustration for people to simply walk away from game/company and never come back.
