If you can't actually fix the problem at source, you could try these workarounds to give ps4 players access to the ps4 forum: 1) Remove privileges requirement for posting in PS4 forum, so PS4 players can use a normal daybreak account to post there. 2) If you can't change the forum's privileges requirement for some reason, change the settings on regular daybreak accounts so they have the necessary privileges. This is possible as some people are already posting in the PS4 forum on old PC accounts that apparently have the necessary privileges.
