Proximity Repair Sunderer does not repair Max units

    Is this intended? It repairs everything else... emplaced/MANA turrets, ground vehicles and air... but I still have to get out and glue-gun my Max buddies.

    MAXes aren't vehicles.

    That doesn't make them vehicles, in this game at least. You can't exit a MAX suit and keep it in storage for 5 or 20 minutes.

    Engineer turrets count as vehicles.

    A turret isn't a vehicle either... I mean, in the code maybe, but they don't move.The definition of "vehicle" is a thing used for transporting people or goods, esp. on land, such as a car, truck, or cart.

    Using that (standard English) definintion.. a powered exosuit might be considered a vehicle.

    Turret count as vehicle
    Turret is a vehicle with no wheels... just like base turrets

    MAX count as Infantry (its a class)

    Because that would make a Repair Sunderer + 1 ammo pack + a few AA bursters = unkillable AA battery of doom.

    And two AA sunderers running prox repair sitting side-by-side wouldn't be?

    One [TR] light assault with C4 would run past all of my maxes and destroy me while they stared up in the sky. It happens all of the time... granted, I'm probably one of the few people that stays with his Sundy while it is deployed... I'm also the only one in the area that notices someone coming to kill me. I probably get away 2 out of 5 times.. depending on C4 or tank mines.


    Anyway, proximity repair should repair things that are repairable in it's proximity!
