Proof That ANTI-AIR IS NOT WORKING!

Kind of hard to "deter" aircraft when they can just run right up on you and crash because your Anti-Air doesn't register.

It shows the little explosions of you hitting the aircraft..but does't register hits!!

This proves only that you're awful at AA Max. You did manage to hit a friendly though, right at the beginning, so at least you did hit something.

You almost killed that one plane that flew directly at you with already low health.

Clearly air needs more armor or else they might actually get shot down, or AA is already over powered.

Yeah before I started the video there was a Lib that I used all my ammo on and was wondering why I saw explosions but my crosshair wasn't turning red with them. When I stopped to fight another aircraft I noticed the Lib had taken no damage whatsoever and at that point I know my Anti-Air was not doing anything even though I could see the explosions hitting the aircraft.

Thank you for posting this. Had it happening to me last night as well. Had ESFs straight up hovering in my face lining up their shots while I lit their *** up doing no damage whatsoever.

No proof here at all - The only thing you're showing is a well known bug that stops hits from registering.

I purchased the MAX 2nd burster arm when it was on sale (with station cash). Tried it out that night and my experience was much like that in your video. I concluded that it sucked, because I could at least get kills with my Grounder G2A launcher (also purchased with station cash, and has since been nerfed).

So I can't say if this is a recent change or if it's always been like that.

joking aside, the game is seeming to have an increasing problem with hit detection and rendering...

Indar is common for vehicle bugging, a lot of times Indar has invincible Tanks and Drop Pods that don't deconstruct.

-Oh I've taken down plenty of aircraft there turbo-thinker. Those hits were not registering even when the aircraft was "almost" hit. My crosshair doesn't turn red with the hit.

-Go find some other thread for your ego trips Pilots. Talk about not needing any skill. Gee, wonder why there are so many high level pilots..

you are bugged, it happens, its annoying, thats it.

Aim is not bad so far I see, he hits frequently and the average gamer wont hit always on target anyway.

He was lucky that a liberator did not target him with his heavy weapons, otherwise he would die with 2-3 good hits.

If you are hitting the target and you see the impact, but the red bar gets not reduced you suffer from hit detection problems in this situation. Thats one of the more bad issues in PS2 when it happens.

This is a huge problem. What I see is alot of people shooting AA into the air, Looked like both turrets were active, and you had a few HA rocket guys up there with you. I think I saw 1 fighter go down in that sky full of targets. With all that AA you'd think they could take down more than 1 already damaged fighter. :/ Clearly something is amiss here.....
