Problem with repair

Magrider repair problem
When I repair the Magrider alone, it shows that it's 100% repaired. As soon as I stop repairing, the value drops from 100% to 10-15%, and you need to repair it again. After the repair, it shows 100% again, so you stop repairing, and again, it's not fully repaired, leaving you 1-5% short.
To repair it 100%, you need about three folders.

But if more than one person is repairing the equipment, the repair reaches 100% in one second, and there are no problems.

This started after the update.
At first, even if you were repairing alone and threw a repair grenade, it would repair 100% in 1-2 seconds.
Then this glitch went away.

I am getting a similar bug except on a Vangaurd tank. As soon as I finish repairing from very low hitpoints to full, the hitpoints drop again to around 75% and I have to keep repairing. I repair to what looks like full again, then hitpoints drop by about 5%. Then I repair a third time and now it stays full.

The health regeneration of medical soldiers also faces this issue

it's about 1-5% drop for me but i use ANT.

Repairing base generators is buggy and intermittent. The tool tip does not match the actual thing you are repairing.
