Hello. After this patch my fps dropped a lot and i never go beyong 50 fps. I think i've found the reason why. I checked my gpu clock speed and while in game it's 543mhz, while normally it should be around 1500mhz. For some reason while i'm playing ps2 it downclocks itself. It's asus strix gtx 960, and no, it doesn't overheat. Before this patch it would run at normal speed, now it downclocks itself. Anybody know how to fix it?
I'm using asus gpu tweak to overclock. It seems that nvidia gpu boost downclocks it.

Modern GPUs clock itself down when they are not fully utilized to reduce power draw.
I notice it myself, depending on the situations in game my card clocks intself somewhere between around 830 MHz and 1,2 GHz.
Mostly in situations in which I'm either limited by my CPU or my card can keep mith my capepd framrerate (63 fps) without needing it's full performance potential.

If your graphics card is under full load while downclocking itself it might be an issue on that side.
(Maybe heat or sum bug in the driver)

Did you do a driver update? Did you reset the GeForce Experience Settings to default?

Reinstalling drivers helped me, for some reason they became faulty after updating ps2, really weird.
