Please don't ban Aimbotters and Cheaters.

Set rcon to automatically unbind all the users keybinds every 5 minutes. Was hilarious when they were charging in to stop moving and im sure they were yelling at their computer.

Or you can do something even better. remove all their weapons. and make all vehicles auto eject them after being in it for like 1 minute. lol

I think it'd be just fine if once a hacker's ID'd by their unique processor ID (every individual CPU in existence has one, and they're nigh impossible to change or fake) the game would just crash to the desktop at the loading screen every time. Kind of like DayZ, where if the anti-cheat client catches you cheating or hacking, it bricks your individual copy of the game, permanently- you can never play the game online again, ever.

Wish they'd do this for more games, been cracked for a long time now though I'm afraid.

What are we suppose to do? I found a aimbotter yesterday and did a /report but nothing happened. The bot was still playing for 2-3 hours after I did the report. No section in these forums for reporting a cheater.

This would be so much more fun than just banning. I think their damage ratio should be lessened almost completely though.

Alternatively, you could do that thing Rockstar Games did with Max Payne 3's Multiplayer. You know, the thing where if they detect a hacker, they permanently force him to matchmake against only other hackers.

I think arma 2 did something similar, it like turned the hacker into a pigeon or something.

YES. I've always wondered why devs haven't had more fun with cheaters.

Have cloaking take 1 extra second to apply and increase animation time of decloak by 1 second for them.

Make them get stuck on some geometry that others don't get stuck on.

If its an aimbot, figure out where their bullets are hitting the same spot on every person, and make it seem like the aimbot is broken by moving the client-side hitboxes randomly around the character.

Increase the cheater's hitbox for enemy bullets.

I'm all for F'ing with cheaters in suttle ways that makes them rage.

Maybe we can get grappling hooks, see the guy/gal (cheater) glowing in the orange camo suit, grapple them to a tree for a everybody to have target practice. The only way they can get down is to be killed or log-off the server. Just adding to the fun list. Some of this stuff is funny and would be funny to watch and record. Can you see all this put on youtube lol

No. Please don't turn my game into jerry springer and make the devs code all this. Just ban them.

They need to do something about this, period. Jokes aside, I am getting sick of the aimbotters, teleporters/blippers, and wall hackers.

Ignoring the issue is not going to bode well.

Banning does jack squat in a F2P game; this solves nothing since they just make another account and then go right back to it.

Do not get new staff to do it. I will gladly volunteer to do this!

I'm definitely all for making them take significantly increased damage and deal almost none, you could also make them move slower, have less health, make their weapons completely inaccurate. Man, any of those things would be hilarious.

just force people to regit a credit card when they make an account, now you can both ip and credit card ban them. if you know anything you would know that getting a credit card registrated to another person then yourself is quite hard and takes too much efford for any one to do it for just a game and its not something you do several times...

so ban people on their credit card+adress which most match to the card+ip ban them and problem would be solved quite fast.
