Please bring back the consolidated cert screen.

    I'll take that in the interim until they make a button for it. ;)

    But they really should bring it back on the profile screen.

    ONLY think I'd change is remove all cert lines for locked weapons that are available in the store. Maybe have a toggle checkbox (default to on probably.)
