Playing NC today, and I headshot a friendly because in the split second reflex time, I only see the purple and the moron is wearing purple armor. Looked exactly like Vanu sniper. Thanks to the lag, by the time I pull my shot, he's dead and I am most likely reported now for team killing (by the way, team killing trolls are rampant on this server... one guy wounds you, his medic buddy heals you for points, pretty @#$%ing annoying way for people to exploit certs...) Seriously Sony, can you not restrict colors for NC to no red or purple for armor and / or platoon squad colors? Please take out anything red and purple for NC, tame out blue and red for Vanu and take out purple and blue for TR Also, still constantly crashing... quit messing with game balance and fix the REAL problems ffs...
There's a thread about this in the Ideas and Suggestions threads about changing the colors and adding letters, or changing the circles into recognizable fruit like apples, bananas, cherries, and durians.
lol @ tears of frustration #1 medics dont get heal exp for friendly fire damage. #2 game balance is more important than the silly colour of charlie squad. #3 im not vanu, so it affects me, but nobody cares.
There was never a problem with an exploit like this. You get no points for team damage as medic or engineer. Especially on the revives, if you were TK'd, the medic that revives you gets nothing.
^ evidently metalstor cannot read and / or comprehend well, I said that to constantly crashing. lol @ lack of reading and comprehension. I could honestly care less about getting reported because I only have 2 TK's in the game that way so it is obviously not intentional but its sure gotta be frustrating for the guys getting killed this way. Pretty simple solution to take 5 minutes and change the squad / platoon colors... not exactly hardcore coding required for this. Let them keep the purple armor for all I care, but don't make squads the same color as enemy... it's just common sense. Edit: Thanks for the replies on the medics getting or not getting points, but the trolls are pretty annoying lately
