Phoenix amazing turnability @ 90 degrees + Instant kill = The most OP weapon in the game!!!!!!

Ya I've been thinking about heading back to TF2 as well, been playing it since it was released as a mod to Quake by two Aussie guys...then TFC and now TF2, which Valve did a FANTASTIC JOB developing.

What are you smoking - the Phoenix and Striker can both be easily countered. Just get some Burster MAX units to counter the Phoenix.

Its the Lancer that has ZERO counters that is going to be truly OP... you have to kill the guy with the Lancer, there's no other counter to it. Once again Vanu gets the truly OP stuff, hope everyone realizes that, and stop this nonsense about the Phoenix going to be OP.

Did you not watch the twitch video? It doesn't fly like a brick & it isn't slow.

...Were we watching the same video? Because in the one I saw, the phoenix's turning radius was somewhat tighter than that of an aircraft carrier.

Not being slow only makes it harder to turn. If you actually watched the video you'd know you wont be able to make the sharp turns required to do it.

It's all good, we were taking bets on how long it would take you to leave anyway.

You exaggerate as much as the OP. That thing is NOT a brick.

Looks like cowardtanks HE-spamming Ti Alloys will remain safe. You can't fire from Ti and hit them in the back. Prowlercampers whined that nerf for Phoenix.

Yeah, Exaggerating... but It's slightly more accurate than: "It turns 90 degrees! It's the god of maneuverability!"
