[Vehicle] Phaseshift

    How about replacing the phaseshift rail attachments with a second set of 1x to 4x scopes that are switched to when you select the semi auto fire mode?













    Also a new lib belly guns for each faction:

    VS launches a single orb identically to throwing a frag grenade. This orb lasts for 30 seconds (maybe 1 minute if its not enough) and fires lasher orbs at random directions at 1000 rpm while looping the Sovereignty vehicle horn.

    TR gets a rocket pod that fires 50m/s missiles that travel straight. At the front of each missile is a Vulcan that fires infinitely as long as the rocket travels (infinitely). The first missile loops Hitler's speeches, the second Stalin's, the third Hitler's and so on.

    NC gets a large forward facing guided rocket launcher. The missile it fires travels at 200m/s to infinite distances and is as large as 3 flashes in a row. This missile will detonate with the the same force as a 100% efficient hive. To balance things out you have to steal friendly cores for ammo (enemy cores won't do for that is not the NC way.) the missile will loop the ride of the Valkyries as it travels.

    I'm open for balance suggestions but i think these are at a pretty good spot now.
