Personal Mines need deploy time..Put some limits to this borderline P2W weapon

I hate aim botters that use mines. OP. They can throw them in my direction.

Anti-personnel mines are intended to do all of those things. That's what they are designed to do. You can achieve the same effect for a lower cost by simply using a frag grenade.

As someone who uses a resource boost (Heroic), I can say that the bonus you get is not enough to use mines in the way you are describing. When I use them, I run out of resources very quickly. Resources are still dependent on how much territory you control. Just like people without boosts, when you don't have any territory, infantry resource income is horrendously slow.

You can't call it "Pay to win" if it is impossible to pay for them.
