Performance Loss In-Cockpit

    I have googled this to death and have found only one thread that has a possible fix and I am hesitant to try it because I am afraid of control software conflicts.

    In normal gameplay I have excellent performance, rarely ever dipping below 40 frames per second even under high load, but when I am inside a vehicle that renders any kind of first-person cockpit/cabin/seat my performance dips severely. This issue does not occur in vehicles that do not have rendered cockpits, like Lightnings or MBTs, but in an ESF, Sunderer, Harasser, Liberator, or Galaxy even a Flash my frame rate drops by nearly 50%.

    This isn't a problem in a Sunderer, Harasser, or Galaxy where the driver/pilot is dedicated, but I can no longer use weapons on my Flash since that requires seeing a reticle, something that I need to be in first-person to see. I cannot fly ESFs or Liberators anymore, either.

    This is likely an issue with my AMD GPUs and we all know this game isn't AMD friendly, which is sad because all us AMD users want is stability LOL.

    My specs are in my signature though I'm prepared to provide a DXDiag if necessary. My UserOptions.ini follows:

    GraphicsQuality=5
    TextureQuality=0
    ShadowQuality=1
    RenderDistance=4000.000000
    Gamma=0.000000
    MaximumFPS=250
    UseLod0a=0
    VSync=0
    OverallQuality=-1
    LightingQuality=5
    FogShadowsEnable=0
    EffectsQuality=5
    TerrainQuality=5
    FloraQuality=5
    ModelQuality=5
    ParticleLOD=5
    MotionBlur=0
    AO=1
    VerticalFOV=74

    As you can see I have motion blur off. I did get a small boost in-cockpit after disabling, but of course outside any cockpit I have no performance impact with motion blur.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
