Initially, PU01 made the game run a lot smoother. However, after a while, the performance went back to what it was before the update. PU02 did nothing to fix this. My system is running a core i5 3550, XFX Radeon 7950 with Planetside 2 running on a secondary hard drive. I had it running on my SSD when the performance issues occured and are still happening on my secondary hard drive.. Any ideas on what's going on?
Same thing for me. The issues started for me after the December 4th hotfix. No idea how this game manages to fluctuate so much in terms of performance. At release, I could get 60fps consistently in huge fights. As the months dragged on this fell to 20ish. PU1 brought that number back up, but since that December hotfix, right back to 20ish again.
