I got back to the game recently and I keep on getting disconnected from the server after about 5 minutes in game. Sometimes I can play it normal but most of the time I'll get disconnect even though my Ping is green and good. I tried to uninstalled the game and re - installed it but won't help.
It's likely your connection to the server itself; If that was severed in any way (internet hiccup, for example) It'll likely do this.
