Partially Sane recruiting After looking for a good, organized outfit for quite some time, I finally decided to take things into my own hands. Thus I created "Partially Sane" for all people who just want more from the game in terms of organized tactical gameplay. What can Partially Sane offer: 1.) Tactically and strategically meaningful gameplay - by utilizing all the tools at our disposal and considering the actual squads strengths and weaknesses, we will try to find ways to impact battles in a meaningful way benefical to the empire as a whole - no more mindless zerging (with or without an outfit) 2.) Clear and comprehensible communication - by using combination of external TS server and ingame voice comms, orders will be communicated in a comprehensive way throughout the squads/platoons/outfit - no more confusion on the battlefield. 3.) Clear command structure, command squads on daily basis - there will allways be a squad open with appropriate level of leadership (provided there are enough people online) ensuring every member can participate in organized squad if they wish so - no more feeling like you are alone while being a member of an outfit. 4.) Semi-regular training ops - As new members arrive, there will be semi-regular (based on the actual need) training ops, where all the members of the outfit will have the opportunity to learn new tactics and practice communication and cooperation with their squad-mates in an out of combat environment. 5.) No-drama-tolerance - one of the major rules of Partially Sane will be: "don`t be an a**hole". Requirements: 1.) Spoken english - on an acceptable level suitable for understanding orders 2.) Maturity level - There will be a level of maturity required from all and any members of Partially Sane. The theoretical milestone is 18 years of age, although this will be assessed on individual bases. 3.) Friendly and team-oriented mindset.
