Owners of Netgear Routers (Various Models)

    ROUTER MODEL: CGD24G

    If you are the owner of a NetGear router model: CGD24G and are crashing shortly after entering the game, please disable voice chat.

    For some reason this particular model of device is having difficulty with the voice chat packets (which utilize standard SIP protocols) and is causing reboots or the internet connection to drop out.

    We suggest reporting this to the manufacturer, and also checking the device for firmware updates to see if there is a resolution to this problem.

    ROUTER MODEL: N150 DGN1000

    If you are the owner of a NetGear router model N150 DGN1000 and are unable to load a character into the game, there is a bug in earlier firmware versions on the device that have problems handling UDP packets by our game.

    The fix for the problem is to update the firmware to version 1.1.00.51 or newer.

    If you are still having an issue loading a character into the game after updating the firmware as stated above, a new support case should be opened with our CS team.
