Across the main 2 servers. Oshur has only come about 13 times in 2 weeks Highlited is 4 occasions where it opened as a single continent before the game gets enough to have to conts open. So 4 times in 2 weeks the continent has been played with potential of a maximum population. This seems very low because even after the 45 minute alert was put in and rotation rules it came about much more. Also there are lots of directive holiday events that require some underwater or Oshur type activity and I preditct players have turned off the game due to it not coming up much and not completing directives. Sometimes the alert doesn't happen for ages (I think its due to the monthly "special events") however if Oshur does isntantly alert with a new patch, 1 hour would be acceptable, comparing it to it having been open for a couple of hours here and there. I honestly feel its a bug.
I believe that the amount that Oshur appears in the continent rotation was intentionally changed due to player complaints about Oshur. If you look at the March 2024 development update (dev letter) it mentions changing the rotation system to not be static, so that Oshur will appear less often rather than a strict rotation of oldest continent lock will unlock next.
Correct, we know that fulfilling Oshur directives is much more difficult now however. We may look into adjusting those requirements in the near future.
OMG haven't seen Oshur for days. Its almost deleted for the entire game, why can't we play it normally!
this would explain alot ive been trying to get the frogman rifle as it was my fav on ps4 but havent seen oshur all week
chiming in again really hope the frogman can be made normaly accsesible in the shop as its almost impossible to get accses to oshur
Could you just throw out the silly idea of not being able to shoot underwater. It is less fun that way. Also, all guns should work underwater with very little difference in gunplay to the other continents.
Before making such decisions about which cont is "good" which is "bad". How about not listening to the few but loud whiners? How about you make a survey and send it to all active accounts and go from there.
STILL NOT COMING UP ALL DAY. Really annoying as the underwater fighting is fantastic. I don't think people have discovered how to be an underwater affective fighter. Depressing
they did only amrs dont work at all currently normal guns have extreme drop and slowed bullet speed while aqutic guns behave normaly
