These are some of the most balanced parts of the game. Besides if you nerf the commissioner you nerf the only decent pistol the VS have meanwhile TR still have the repeater and NC have the desperado. Halberd is the only viable secondary considering every faction specific secondary was nerfed at some point. C4 has been nerfed (overnerfed IMO) several times.
I would like to complain about vehicle stealth on ESFs. OK, so I understand it isn't a weapon. And... it sits in a defensive slot, but listen. Maxed rank does two things. It enhances your ability to attack by removing you from the map allowing you to rather easily sneak up on a base, spawn room, tank, burster. And once you're there with your element on surprise you get your free shots in. Hiding behind walls, rock pillars, and trees is so easy to do and you can just keep playing peek-a-boo from different angles until your target is dead. But the second part allows you to escape as well. With adding a full second to the lock on time you should have more than enough time to escape ground based lock ons by sliding in behind a valley, hill, or building. Actively dodging lock ons when you have that much warning time is easy and a lot more rewarding than flares are. Now that I have it maxed out I seriously can't imagine switching back to nanites.
I agree with your definition of OP, and also what you consider OP. Tank buster in particular stands out as something that is both the best option and just too good at what it does... However with C4 I think the problem is that it can be equipped on light assaults, which pretty much negate the risk/reward thing it has going. I would prefer to replace it with additional class utility and give the class things to do that aren't insta-gibbing infantry and tanks out of nowhere.
Just admitted to talking with facts straight out of nowhere did you now? I won't bother with the rest of this post, it's mostly bad statements with no facts to back them up.
Slightly off-topic, but nanites have the distinct advantage that you never ever have to set down and repair. Thus you avoid the pilots 'Redeploy Of Shame' after an enemy ESF takes out your grounded fighter and leaves you stranded in the middle of nowhere.
.. Orion is an LMG, not an AR. At least compare it within the same weapon class. Besides, TR ARs get vastly superior RoF (as well as the other stats, depending on the weapon) on their ARs than the Orion gets, which someone else already mentioned. So yes, the Orion gets +10 shots over TR ARs. So what, it's an LMG. It's what they do. But let's not let these technicalities get in the way of a nerf call, hm?
Well load up the chart and see for yourself. There is a little variation (for example the Saron came out on top for this day, but for the month of august the Enforcer was generally above the Saron.) But generally things aren't changing by a whole lot.
Things I like people to do to my posts are to make improvements to anything I post. So, if you'd like, you can suggest what is true and what isn't
the circle jerk is complete, now everything in the NC has been complained about according to forumside, thank you my friend have a cookie because you just completed the circle for the NC. On topic, the only things I would say that is OP would be the PPA because of its reward for the skill level, it is the perfect example of point and click simulator and it rewards the player way too much for it, at least with the kobalt you actually have to hit directly with it and you can't hit people behind cover.
Intresting thread. About the Gauss Saw, I actually find it a very tiresome and difficult weapon to play with, I do like it but after 2 hours or so play i'll switch to the EM1. You can shoot people all week with the EM1 and they won't die but it's a lot nicer to use.
I don't mean that the Canister is OURIGHTMLGBLAZEIT OP. I'm saying that it is FAR better than it used to be. By that, I mean it mauled my shield and half of my health 70+ meters away. For a shotgun, that thing is far too sniper-ish But I'm happy the NC have something that sort of acts as a farming machine, because the Canister now has the potential to do so. Plus, it's the closest thing to 18th century grape shot
I'm scratching my head here trying to work out why you are comparing a VS LMG to a TR AR. Nope cant figure it out, guess ill put this one down to you being ********.
Dogfighting isn't the same as liberator flying, something I actually do on occasion and enjoy. It's not a factual "My word is law" post it's completely based on my opinion, hence why I don't go into numbers and stick only to personal experience either on the giving or receiving end of it, and theory crafting. And I'm not asking you to agree with me, I'm asking for your opinion.
Ya I know what you meant, it's just that you completed the circle. 18th century grapes hots pretty sure it's called the canister shot or tin can shot, don't take my word though as I'm a bit fuzzy on 18th and 19th century artillery and cannons.
