I snipe personally. Even so, I tend to get into bases and drop motion sensors/hack terminals and whatnot. As such, I go with the nanoarmor cloak. I need my primary for overwatch so stalker is out. Hunter is good -- but I find that I don't need to cloak that long at any given time. The no flash from nano armor and the damage reduction really helps when you have to go drop you motion sensors and do a terminal hack run.
