So i made this little outfit last week...and well now we have a hundred people...was not expecting that AT ALL...50 was fast but just this morning we went from 50 to 100+...ya Now here is my problem...im the only leader...right now i have all these people, people with good gear and what not. But they are not fans of leadership. What I am looking for is some platoon leaders. Not too abrasive, but also knows how to lead big groups, and command multiple squads. And the highest rank LEADER (which apparently CANNOT BE CHANGED...please fix this.) I am looking mainly for generals; pretty much people who can lead an air squad or an armor squad or even a platoon effectively. I also hope for these people to become outfit leaders, (the rank above general). People who can lead anything mostly platoons, and even multiple platoons when we start those. P.S Also looking for people with good AA and good gunners for tanks and liberators. Mainly platoon leaders though. We are just now starting to organize the outfit into divisions (air force, armor, infantry) the other ranks are general (generals are meant be in charge of said divisions).
Hey Sly! I'm going to be away from my desktop for a few days, but I can offer to be a general when I get back. I led a few pub platoons and I've found that my metagame sense isn't hot enough :/, but I have enjoyed being an infantry squad leader. So something of an Mobile Infantry role where I could do more micromanagment-teamwork, like I'm used to from TF2 or DotA, would be ideal.
hi. maybe you should look into other platoons and co-op with their leaders. works great for me and my outfit ppl! you dont need to be in the same outfits to help your brothers in fight.
Agreed. I'm already part of a pretty chill outfit but I'd have no problem doing some mercenary work for squad/platoon leadership.
