This guy was hacking last night, and he's back today. BR24 with a SPM of 1234 and k/d of 38. https://www.planetside2.com/players/#!/8269120180172367569/killboard Is it that hard for somebody @ DBG to take the occasional look at the current days leaderboards?
It is actually. They had to divide their GM crew between the different games after the layoffs. GM support is.. very LIGHT these days. I'd wager most of them had to move over to EQ2 when it released its progression server a month ago due to the higher volume of players.
these "suicides" in his board is just not to get caught by the anti-cheat tool ... this is a very suspicious cheater of course
Strangely he's got a higher Kill to Assist ratio than many that aren't hacking (or "aren't" - who can tell). There'll be someone saying its an alt of someone that is increadibly uber (yet isn't a proffesional player for some reason) incoming any second.
What makes his hacking even more obvious is the fact that account was only created yesterday, it's only ever been on Indar, and has such a BS K/D with huge streaks of kills achieved by a MAX. I'd be concerned if that wasn't a hacker. There should really be an "Anti-OP" limit on K/D: Basically, if your K/D goes up by 10 or more in one day, banhammer them (unless they have 10 kills 1 death, low overall numbers) to deter hackers. Alternatively, get a Daybreak person to sit on Indar, so people can tell them when hackers be about, so they can spot them, write their names down and ASAP banhammer them. If they asked for a fund to pay that guys wages chances are he'd be well paid.
He is now on Miller Esamir, speed warping a lib and dominating the air. Account only created yesterday. I have had to stop playing 3 times the last 2 days because of hackers. This is just stupid. Daybreak need to be more transparent / pro-acitve with their anti-cheat system / actions or the game is doomed. But hey, maybe they'd rather it went that way as an excuse to shut it down and start something new. https://www.planetside2.com/players/#!/8269120180172367569/stats
Same guy as in the OP. I gave up playing late last night when I realized he was hacking away at the only big fight left. Thankfully I'm at work atm so don't have to deal with the bs. I find it ridiculous that he can get away with it for so long. Lag and server problems are one thing, but playing against idiots like this make me reconsider spending anymore money on this game.
If he's still online later, I may end up running into him, which could be a problem for my cert acquisition efforts. I'll keep track of this page to make sure i don't meet him. Hacker issues do seem to have sprung up more often lately, not least in threads in this forum. With the Ant a confirmed thing, I shudder to think what Hackers could get up to with that if Daybreak handles it wrong...
dam, this dude was on Cobalt, were flying, i never thought, that Liberator can faster than turbo Harasser
When I ran into him he was hiding in walls on A point of buildings just killing people as they ran into the room, I left the base he was at when I saw he was capping The Stronghold solo.
On the EU servers I suspect "light" is an understatement, I'm not entirely convinced anyone but the auto-hack software has so much as glanced at anything to do with the PS2 EU servers in several months now.
