Was playing last night and my graphics card prompted me that there was an update in drivers for me. So i downloaded them, and installed. After a reboot and getting back into the game i was getting 5-10 more FPS. For those who have not done so, check your drivers. Might get some increased performance from PS2.
The best performance boost would be from SOE fixing their awful optimization and not coupling the bulk of the game's processing to a single CPU core.
