[BUG] NSOP continent warp

    Upon logging, an NSOP is assigned to the lowest pop faction of a given continent, which is fine.

    However that NSOP can warp to another continent and in the new continent his faction can be the higher pop one: this defies the purpose of NSOP (supporting the lowest pop faction).

    Solution: warping implies the NSOP alliance (faction) is re-assigned according to the new continent pop ratio.

    My NSO always gets assigned to the lowest population of the new continent when changing.
