Hopefully this is not a duplicate post. The NS Scorpion rocket launcher's explosive range finding function no longer works as of the October 20, 2021 patch. The weapon is pretty useless without this function. I have talked to other players across factions that have this weapon unlocked and it appears to be universally broken. I saw in the patch notes that the Vortex charge mechanic was adjusted for performance improvement. It may not relate at all to the NS Scorpion range finding mechanic, but my hunch is that the two may be related.
I see what you mean. I tried it in the mountains of Amerish. I was looking for the counter to move but it didn't then the rocket went off and flew off and blew up enemies and allies alike. I tried it a few more times but without the range finder its a useless weapon now. Hope the bug gets fixed in the next patch.
