[Suggestion] NS Heavy Tank

    Well now that we have NS bots, its time they be given their own MBT.

    Let's call it a: Devastator

    Main gun: Dalton (The devs made the Lib OP with a Dalton, so let's put it on a tank)

    Secondary gun: the usual NS stuff

    Special ability: it can cloak after mining some cortium (like an ANT) or can self-destruct equal to an orbital strike

    So a cloaking tank, with a Dalton, or a Tank that can clear a lattice base via death, while also packing a Dalton.
    That would be terrifying, as it would brutalize any other MBT, or the entire Lattice base.

    ;) Make it slightly weaker and faster than normal and I would vote for it. Twisted Metal 2 or 3's original Minion. A 6 wheeled tank would be a perfect body for that. Add pincers some stealth fighter angles and call it Calypso. :D I think they should have access to what ever faction weapons they are pledged to or at all times, as it makes sense they would be scavengers.

    The main gun doesnt start out with any ammo, the tank has to mine cortium to fill it. :D

    Ditto with its self destruct system (OK, lets lessen the blast radius to equal one of those booby trapped pumpkins), and there's a ten second fuse and the whole tank lights up so everyone can see it before it explodes.

    The tank will also be the slowest in the game and anybody can get it. :cool:

    Being able to Cloak the vehicle, wielding a heavily destructive cannon that rivals any other MBT's cannon.. is essentially providing the best odds at nailing the first strike, while also having the heaviest hit.

    It is a tank, there is cort sitting every warpgate, and that thing can Cloak until it finds the Numerous rocks constantly spawning.

    Ten Second fuse, to run away from an Orbital-Strike that either one-shots or Launches everything to death \ miles away.
    It's either going to be still brutally effective, let alone When you drive up to any target, ensuring that thing dies.

    Slowest in the Game: Tanks aren't too fast nor that slow, But they aren't slow compared to their targets that is for sure.
    With a Cloaking Device, and the heaviest Shot - Or the Heaviest Shot & the Ability to Sacrifice Kill.

    When you have to try to Leverage the Vehicle is a negative, That is even countered by the Firepower, there is an issue with the concept.
    If it has a Cloak, it doesn't matter how slow it is; It negates that issue, Let alone when it hits that Hard.
    MAXes are the physically slowest thing in the game, They aren't push-overs while not wielding the Dalton Level of Death.

    If it can self-destruct detonating & one-shoting everything around it, It's still going to One-shot everything in a massive radius if the Main Cannon didn't kill them.
    The speed it would have to lose, would make this pointless if the AOE was microscopic, OSCs have a 40 minute charge-process, and they aren't any more fun to engage - Let alone if they had more Limitations on it.
    Adding more Negatives doesn't make it a Good idea, for a Tank to Literally detonate One-shotting everything near it..
    As every one of these Tanks will just sacrifice their Tank, Exploding pretty much anything nearby - And what are they going to do to stop it? Unless it's fragile as sin, and rendered immobile that thing is going to roll up & explode.

    It has the highest firepower for the main-cannon, Cortinum doesn't balance it; That rock is everywhere.
    Invincible ANTs aren't Balanced due to needing Cort First, do you ever see the Old Shield-Ants Without Cort?
    The map is layered in the infinitely respawning Nodes of Cort, that are everywhere.
    If it has Cloaking, It also can easily reach any of these Rocks - Even slower than the MAX, it will not care.
    If it has a self-destruct, It's still not going to care.

    A tank with the firepower of the Dalton, and a Cloaking device, is not practical.
    It doesn't matter if it takes them to find Cort, Nor that "everyone can use it"
    That doesn't balance anything - That's like "This Gun is the best Gun, You don't have to use it, but it will win as it's an orbital Nuke"
    Like, sure we can always use it; But we can't physically use any other Tank, or will die to this Tank.
    Which never has that situation - as it counters itself & every other tank.

    By the time you stick enough Negatives to counter-balance Cloaking & Dalton-firepower, or Dalton-Firepower & OST Suicide..
    The Tank will be so Niche, it will still dominate & be non-enjoyable as hell to fight or play.
    That is what the OSC is already, as it has that firepower & negative costs.
